SemGroup Energy Partners has three primary business objectives:

• Provide midstream services to our parent company and to third-parties for a fee,
• Maintain stable cash flows, and
• Increase distributable cash flow per unit, over time, by becoming a leading provider of midstream services to the energy industry.

We intend to accomplish our objectives by:

• Leveraging our relationship with our parent company to pursue acquisition and organic growth opportunities,
• Pursuing both strategic and accretive acquistions within the midstream energy industry,
• Pursuing organic expansion opportunities by constructing additional assets in stragetic locations, and expanding storage capacity, particularly at our Cushing terminal, and
• Increasing the profitability of our existing assets.
