SemGroup Energy Partners, L.P. is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our partnership owns and operates a complementary network of Midstream assets in the United States that are located from coast to coast. As a publicly traded master limited partnership (MLP), our units are traded on the NASDAQ under the symbol SGLP.
The partnership provides the fundamental midstream services that keep energy flowing throughout the nation: gathering, transporting, terminalling and storing energy commodities. Our strategically located storage facilities, terminals and pipelines provide customers the flexibility to access multiple receipt and delivery points.
SGLP generates revenues by charging a fee for the midstream energy services we provide. We do not have title to the products that we move, and we do not market them. As a result, we have little direct commodity exposure.
Our primary business objectives are to maintain stable cash flows and to, over time, increase distributable cash flow per unit by becoming a leading provider of midstream services to the energy industry.
